What makes a great leader?
I have always been intrigued with this question. For someone who has been a Manager for quite some time now, there were times where I question my capabilities and ask, am I a good leader?
Leadership is not just a noun. It’s not just a privilege given to someone who is in a position to manage his subordinates but rather it is a trait driven by passion, by love and by a goal to improve… to influence.
